The Secretary of State of the United States spoke with European foreign ministers, and the parties agreed to work together to end the Russia-Ukraine conflict

According to a report by Golden Finance, on February 18th local time, the US State Department issued a statement stating that US Secretary of State Rubio had met with the Russian Foreign Minister in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia earlier that day, and subsequently had talks with the foreign ministers of France, Germany, Italy, and the UK, as well as high-level representatives of the European Union for foreign affairs. Rubio briefed foreign ministers on the meeting, and all parties agreed to continue to maintain close contact and work together to end the Russia-Ukraine conflict.
