It seems that CZ cannot distinguish between HashKey Hong Kong and HashKey Global, which is directly extended to Hong Kong regulatory recognition of BNB, which is a joke. HashKey Global is a Bermuda licensed exchange similar to Coinbase International, which does not allow local residents of Hong Kong to use it and is not regulated by Hong Kong.
