I've been trying for years to call out as many scammers as I can and push the ecosystem to purge them, but the issue is that when there's money being made, most people (even the "respected" people) just lose their minds and start pushing narratives like "financial nihilism". We saw it last cycle with SBF, Terra, 3ac etc and now this cycle with the entire memecoin/celebcoin thing - it's profits over the long-term health of this ecosystem every time for most people.
