Don't expect any rate cuts. Why? In 2023 & H1 2024, I said that rate cuts weren't coming b/c the 3M Treasury yield was above EFFR. That was the right interpretation until Jul.'24 when the 3M yield fell below the EFFR & the Fed cut just 2 months later! They are currently equal.
