KIP Protocol responds to false information in the statement from the Argentine Presidential Office regarding the "Viva La Libertad" project

PANews|Feb 17, 2025 09:38
KIP Protocol has issued a statement stating that there are multiple factual errors in the statement issued by the Office of the President of Argentina on February 16, 2025. KIP Protocol hereby clarifies and corrects these errors.
Error 1: Meeting between the President and KIP Representatives
KIP Protocol CEO Julian Peh met with Argentine President Milei on October 19, 2024, but the meeting only covered AI, technology, and investment interests in Argentina, and did not involve the "Viva la Libertad" project or any token issuance. KIP Protocol does not engage in the business of assisting institutions in issuing tokens.
Error 2: Regarding the meeting with Hayden Mark Davis
The meeting on January 30, 2025 was not attended by KIP Protocol, and KIP has no cooperative relationship with Hayden Mark Davis. The KIP representative did not mention Davis as a partner in the project, and Davis has no affiliation with KIP.
Error 3: President's statement on social media regarding KIP project
The content about the KIP project posted by the president on social media does not match the facts. KIP Protocol has not participated in any development work related to token issuance, and KIP has not profited or obtained tokens from the project.
