DEXX posted on X platform to explain the doubts and issues related to the progress of compensation: 1. Regarding the compensation sequence, compensation is made in ascending order of amount; 2. Regarding the compensation progress: From the 8th to the 14th, all users who have a secure wallet and have pledged 5000U or less have been compensated. On the 15th and 16th, feedback from users will be collected to identify and rectify any deficiencies; On the 16th, we have started compensating users with 5000-8000U.
Regarding the slower than expected compensation speed, DEXX stated, "Recently, we have received a large number of voices on Telegram stating that we were within the scope of compensation but did not receive any compensation. However, after inspection, we found that some of them had already been compensated 1-3 days ago, while others were due to the lack of staking/secure wallet generation. Within 2 days, we received a total of 863 similar private chat/customer service work orders, and after verification and statistics, only 152 of them were true. A large number of repeated private chat/customer service work orders will slow down the compensation progress
Regarding the question of why the amount has already been compensated to the range of 5000-10000, but I have not received the compensation yet, DEXX stated: "To successfully claim the compensation, two conditions must be met: a secure wallet has been generated at the time of compensation, and the NFT has been pledged. Most of them did not produce safety wallets during the compensation process. If you have not received any compensation after checking your wallet, please ensure that you have produced a secure wallet and pledged the NFT before contacting customer service to register 5. Users who have not yet claimed NFTs will need to manually register with customer service as the claim channel has been closed, and their compensation will be postponed.
