According to Golden Finance, Max Burwick, the managing partner of Burwick Law, which is currently suing pump.fun, denied any connection between the law firm and the launch of Dogshit2 token, and also refused to disclose the specific deployment of the token. Renowned cryptocurrency analyst Wirelyss accuses Burwick Law of launching tokens off chain and shifting responsibility to the first buyer of the tokens. The Dogshit2 token was previously included in the evidence files of Burwick Law's lawsuit against pump.fun, showing the process of token creation, sparking speculation that the law firm may have been involved in the launch of Dogshit2 during the litigation period. Burwick repeatedly avoided questions in the interview and stated that he could not comment. Previously reported, on January 16th, Burwick Law, headquartered in New York, revealed plans to take legal action on behalf of investors against pump.fun, a Solana based Meme coin issuance platform, citing months of suspicious selling activities by platform users.
