Regarding yesterday's complaint, it was observed that @ BNBCHAIN official did not take any action, only a so-called apology letter from the employee. As a large asset holder of BNBCHAIN, I am very disappointed
If this matter is not dealt with for a day, it proves the seriousness of the internal factionalism and mutual protection within the BNBChain team. Anyone with knowledge of the workplace and market public relations knows that in the event of a public public relations crisis involving marketing personnel, the relevant parties involved should receive serious disciplinary action. However, simply using such an apology letter (Attachment 1) that avoids the important and uses personality as an excuse to evade responsibility is extremely contrary to logic and common sense
At the beginning, I raised two core questions:
1. Based on the employee's qualifications and abilities, is they qualified to take on this position and speak on behalf of BNBChain in public?
2. In the event that the professional competence of the employee is questioned under multiple feedbacks and a major public relations incident occurs, may the BNBChain team impose any disciplinary action or handle it internally?
In response to the employee's repeated statements in public and in semi official public groups such as "BNBChain's Chinese friends" with over 300 people, as well as his apology letter, I would like to make another analysis: I suggest that the relevant management of BNBChain can place suitable people in appropriate positions, clean up the team atmosphere, and carry out effective changes, so as to establish a disciplined and dynamic team and give BNBChain a chance to revive
I did not participate in the group dispute and only analyzed it from the perspective of an outsider. In the "Table of Teachers", there is a principle of management that has been passed down since ancient times: "Whether to punish Zang or not should not be similar or different. If there are those who commit crimes or are loyal and righteous, they should be punished by the relevant authorities to demonstrate Your Majesty's fairness. It is not advisable to be biased and cause internal and external differences in law
1、 Analysis of core issues, professional quality issues are not overnight cold
1. Transfer of responsibility and blurring of issues, avoiding the heavy and focusing on the light
The reason why members of the bnbchain community and Chinese community are angry is not only because she vented her emotions to clients, but also because of her low professional quality and serious mismatch with the bnbchain position she represents
-Lack of technical awareness: As a frequent speaker on the public blockchain platform, when users explicitly point out issues related to a high transaction failure rate of up to 90% and node performance degradation, the employee only blames "insufficient gas fees" and evades them. Without knowing anything about the technology, the employee questions the two bot tools dev and token issuance dev that will support bnbchain
——This exposes its insufficient technical understanding and problem tracing ability, as well as its weak professional communication skills. This behavior is not consistent with the so-called technology and hype that the BNBChain team is trying to emphasize
-Crisis escalation mechanism failure: Did SOLANA crash due to developer churn and competitor comparison? Solana has withstood the test of TRUMP coin issuance and other core doubts, intensifying conflicts with personalized remarks and repeatedly using rhetorical questions to question, exposing the lack of management and training of internal public personnel's speech
Personality issues that are both urgent and straightforward cannot be used as an excuse to avoid accountability
2. Misalignment of professional roles
The employee claims to consider BNBChain as a part of themselves, but their true mentality can be seen in their social media and statements from multiple groups of people. According to the employee's public statement, "If a friend supports me, it means I did the right thing. If an enemy opposes me, it means I did the right thing. If a friend opposes me, it means he has become an enemy. If an enemy opposes me, it means I did the right thing
Originally, regardless of whether it was real money, silver, or actual labor, anyone who did not praise her was an enemy of BNBChain, and anyone who gave her feedback and suggestions was an enemy of BNBChain. Either way, anyone who did not praise her and was not her friend was classified as an enemy of BNBChain

Based on actual events:
-Emotional management dysfunction: using non professional expressions such as "ignoring trolls", which contrasts sharply with the professional communication paradigm that should be advocated, such as 7-hour Space Q&A sessions, and violates the principles of putting users first and prioritizing their needs
-Value transfer deviation: Even without crashing or crashing, one can still feel very powerful... This seriously conflicts with the technical bottom line of building infrastructure in BNBChain's official roadmap
Criticism without freedom makes praise meaningless
3. Evidence of ecological damage
-Developer migration risk: The employee in the group directly questioned and refuted the founder of the bot @ cryptoxiao1127, who is about to support the bnbchain transaction. Additionally, a token issuing dev has abandoned its plan to issue coins on bnbchain, which is directly related to the technical response delay of "improper handling of transaction congestion".
-Dilution of brand value: Negative public opinion has led to the spread of awareness such as "BNB Chain=Retail Slaughterhouse", creating a trust rift with the official promotional data of 41.7% TVL growth and 4.7 million daily active users in 2024.
And from the employee's social media comment section and the comment section of my complaint letter (see attachments 3 and 4), the complaint and public anger towards the employee are no longer just yesterday. I can only say:

1. Professional competence gap

So, has its actual performance truly met the standards of a public chain spokesperson?
-It may be difficult to support the ecological goal of "BNB Chain Accelerating AI Track" as it has not demonstrated necessary knowledge reserves in strategic areas such as BNBChain AI Integration (60+project deployments) and smart wallet development
-From various Chinese dog fighting communities and their social media comments, it can be seen that she seems to have spent a considerable amount of time speculating on coins and water groups
It seems that @ cz-binance has previously stated that employees are not allowed to speculate on cryptocurrency. Does this behavior comply with compliance requirements and ensure sufficient work energy investment?
3、 Conclusion
This incident has exceeded the scope of personal professional ethics and exposed the problems in the internal governance of BNB Chain. If the employee's major public relations incident cannot be properly handled, it may exacerbate the actual cognitive gap between the grandeur of the roadmap, build, and user experience
