Wu learned that according to The Wall Street Journal, the US Securities and Exchange Commission is preparing to end cryptocurrency enforcement cases filed during the Biden administration, including the lawsuit against Coinbase in 2023. The SEC stated that the new regulatory approach may help resolve this case and requested a 30 day extension to respond to Coinbase's appeal. Meanwhile, the SEC has also suspended the lawsuit against Binance.
