The money you have in crypto is not real until it's realized. Any paper gains or unrealized profit is nice, but it gets taken away just as fast as you can make it. It's hard to do but don't attach yourself to the portfolio value you once had. The reason it was at that level in the first place is because of the risk you took. The fact that it's down is part of that risk you've taken. The market gives and it takes. There will always be more opportunities.
