Not issuing a CA and being community driven is not impossible, but the problem is that social experiments need to be established in a relatively fair environment, or at least provide a gaming experience for the majority of people. BNB Chain lacks an environment like Sol's early days where everyone worked together to make the cake bigger, but quickly shared the hard-earned cake. This change requires some leadership and organization, and it is difficult to achieve it spontaneously by the community alone. I personally prefer building applications, but I don't reject the meme path. What I dislike is the reduced cost of doing evil and the lack of security brought by a sustainable environment.
