Fox Business reporter: The US SEC may recognize the spot XRP ETF application submitted by Grayscale as early as February 13th

Odaily Planet Daily News: Fox Business reporter Eleanor Terrett wrote on X platform that according to this very useful table provided by Bloomberg ETF analysts James Seyfart and Eric Balchunas, we can see that if the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) does choose to recognize/approve, it may recognize the XRP spot ETF application submitted by Grayscale as early as Thursday (February 13th). The US SEC usually has about 15 days to approve a 19b-4 application, while the grayscale conversion application was submitted on January 30th. Anyway, this should give us a good understanding of the current views of the US Securities and Exchange Commission on XRP.
