According to a survey conducted by Bloomberg on seven startup founders and AI experts, DeepSeek is valued at up to $150 billion. Based on this calculation, Liang Wenfeng's 84% stake will be worth $126 billion, surpassing Nvidia's Huang Renxun.
According to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, if valued according to the above data, Leung Man fung, who holds 84% of DeepSeek shares, will become one of the wealthiest tech tycoons in Asia.
Bloomberg reported on February 11th that a survey of seven startup founders and AI experts showed that DeepSeek's valuation is expected to be between $1 billion and over $150 billion, with a median valuation range of $2 billion to $30 billion. DeepSeek's valuation logic is partly derived from its benchmarking against top global AI companies. At present, OpenAI's valuation is about $300 billion, Anthropic's is $60 billion, France's Mistral AI is $6 billion, and China's Zhipu AI's valuation reached about $3 billion after financing last year. The valuations of these companies provide important reference for DeepSeek and further demonstrate the enormous market potential and investment value of the AI field.
