Toyota plans to issue a digital bond for retail investors in March this year

According to Golden Finance, Toyota Financial plans to issue a Japanese yen digital bond through the Progmat tokenization platform in March this year, with a total size of 1 billion yen (approximately 6.6 million US dollars) and a single face value of 100000 yen (approximately 658 US dollars). This issuance is not only one of the few digital bonds issued by Japanese companies, but also specifically aimed at retail investors and has an experimental nature.
