A member of Musk's government efficiency department resigns due to racist remarks

Golden Finance reports that according to National Public Radio (NPR), Marko Elez, an employee of Musk's Department of Efficiency (DOGE), has resigned after his past racist social media comments were exposed. This 25-year-old former X and SpaceX employee was previously responsible for cost cutting and combating fraud at the US Treasury Department, and was one of two temporarily appointed DOGE personnel with access to the department's highly sensitive payment system. A White House official who was not authorized to speak publicly has confirmed the resignation.
