The Federal Reserve has cut interest rates three times in a row since September, with a cumulative reduction of 1 percentage point. At present, the benchmark interest rate range of the Federal Reserve is between 4.25% and 4.5%. Several decision-makers have stated that they expect the number of interest rate cuts to decrease this year, as data shows that the US economy is performing steadily and inflation is more stubborn than expected.
