Wording here + the 180d working group report makes me wonder what happens to: a) The 69,730 BTC the DOJ was cleared to sell a few weeks ago b) The 94,636 BTC from the Bitfinex hack (should be returned) The stockpile might shrink substantially during this 180d evaluation
