As part of the Interim Constitution Committee (ICC), EMURGO has cast its vote in support of enacting the Plomin hard fork governance action, which represents the second planned upgrade of the Chang hard fork. This will enable the Cardano community to fully engage in on-chain governance of the network, including delegating their voting power to DReps for all governance actions, effectively transferring control of the network to the community, and marking the realization of Cardano’s Voltaire era.
