I hope this election was a learning process. Many of yall became convinced the Dems were an existential threat to democracy and only Trump was capable of smashing the corrupt interests of govt. There was zero reason to ACTUALLY believe he would do that. Many people loudly proclaimed that America was turning over a new leaf in November. The post election euphoria was insane. It all seems incredibly naive and childish looking back.
