Starlink X is based on the "Star Chain Project" Internet Web3.0 technology research and development, as well as network infrastructure layout. Its main direction is intelligent evolution research and intelligent information transmission. The aim is to build a deep integration of blockchain technology and information technology based on the "evolution of artificial intelligence through global connectivity", and to explore the self updating interaction and commercial application development of future information technology development such as intelligent information transmission, intelligent evolution, and mobile connectivity with user ecology. Starlink X is divided into three Grand strategy stages in total, including SX main chain stage, HX assistance stage and EX fuel stage.
