The tariff issue between China and the United States is once again being stretched to the limit.

China: Urging the U.S. to show sincerity in dialogue, it stated that all unilateral tariffs must be lifted to promote negotiations, denying reports of ongoing trade talks with the U.S. as baseless, and emphasizing that any negotiations must be based on mutual respect and equality. It also added that lifting U.S. tariffs is crucial for resolving the current tensions.
