Hackathon Overview

The Privacy and Verifiability Hackathon, organized by the Blockchain Student Association of the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), was successfully held from March 8 to 9, 2023.   • Mina Cash: Anonymously facilitates payment transactions using zero-knowledge proofs from the Mina Protocol, ensuring on-chain proof and off-chain privacy.

  • zkPetitions: A decentralized application that uses zero-knowledge proofs to protect privacy and data integrity while processing petitions.

  • ZKribble.io: A game utilizing zero-knowledge proofs to protect secret words in the context of drawing and guessing.

  • Aether ticket: A ticket verification platform integrated with the Mina Protocol, achieving secure and private verification through zero-knowledge proofs.

  • Hush tag: A decentralized ticketing system using the Mina Protocol, enabling secure and private ticket generation and verification.

Hedera Hashgraph Association Winners

  • AtlasID: Privacy-focused authentication implemented using React, Express, and SD-JWT VC technology.

  • donate.fun: Enhances transparency and security in humanitarian aid through blockchain and authentication.

  • Geotrust: A web application for geo treasure hunting, featuring location creation and robust user verification capabilities.

  • Hedemon: Converts physical collectibles into NFTs with verifiable authenticity and privacy using the Hedera blockchain.

Hylé Winners

  • Sthylé - image verification: A blockchain-based platform for verifying image authenticity and management.

  • zkIA: Focuses on zero-knowledge proofs in AI applications, although specific technical details were not provided.
