After the last round formed a W-shaped structure, Bitcoin retraced to around 78,500 early yesterday morning and then made a V-shaped reversal. Currently, it has reached the right-side peak at 84,500, which is also the high-pressure zone defended for several days. From the 4-hour perspective, the Bollinger Bands are opening up, with the upper band expanding upwards, crossing the MA180 and continuing to approach the EMA220. From a short-term momentum perspective, breaking through this position should not be a problem. Therefore, the upper target continues to be the MA300 (85,287) position. If this position is broken, we can also look towards the top trend line and the EMA300 (86,000-86,500) position. Of course, while the bulls regaining strength is a good thing, it is essential to consider opening long positions only during a pullback. Do not aggressively chase long positions at high levels; we must guard against a repeat of the previous scenario! For the pullback, we can consider entering near the 1-hour middle band (82,740) position, as short-term pullbacks are generally around this middle band level, making it a suitable entry point! Additionally, if the upward trend is slow, we can consider a closer position at this level. If the pullback is rapid, we can consider entering near the 4-hour middle band (81,200) position.
Suggested long entry point one: 82,750-82,400, based on: 1-hour middle band and 4-hour EMA120 range; stop loss at 82,000. Suggested long entry point two: 81,200-81,500; based on: 4-hour middle band and 1-hour lower band range, stop loss: below 81,000.
Long target one: 83,600, based on: 4-hour MA60 position.
Long target two: 84,450, based on: 4-hour EMA220 position.
Long target three: 85,280, based on: 4-hour MA300 position; if broken at 85,500, hold until above 86,000.
For short positions, pay attention to entering above the daily EMA180 (85,900) position. A golden cross is currently forming on the daily chart; we will see if it can close successfully. Always set a stop loss when shorting. A 2,000-point space is sufficient; do not be too greedy!
