I knew this would happen; Trump is at it again, suspending tariff increases. The Bitcoin market is rebounding like bamboo shoots after the rain, currently with nearly 8000+ points of space. Lihui previously mentioned to be cautious about shorting; often when the market is in extreme fear, you need to pay attention. Recently, Lihui has been testing positions at low levels. Although the results weren't great a couple of days ago, the long positions in the 75900-75300 range yesterday proved effective, easily recovering everything from just one trade!
We can see that Bitcoin has formed a W shape with a strong rebound after touching the previous low for the second time. It is currently approaching the top of the pattern, but the Bollinger Bands continue to open, and the low-level golden cross is also widening. There is still some distance to the 0-axis position, so we can consider the EMA180 and EMA220 range above as the first resistance. If this range is broken, we can continue to look up to the EMA300 and trend line position, which has not been broken this year; moreover, the highs are continuously moving down, which can be a key defense in the coming days.
On the daily level, the candlestick has directly broken through the middle track and is approaching the current MA30 and MA220 range. Today's high also needs to pay attention to whether this position can be effectively broken. Since the tariff policy has been relaxed and delayed, there will definitely be large amounts of Bitcoin ETF inflows in the coming days, so the strategy should definitely focus on short-term pullbacks to go long! The fast and slow lines on the daily chart are also key signals; currently, it is the first time they are converging, and we need to pay attention to whether a golden cross can form. If it fails and diverges again, we can continue to short!
Suggested long entry point 1: around 81800; support at the daily middle track position; Suggested long entry point 2: 80650; daily EMA300 position; Long target 1: 82700, based on: 4-hour EMA120 position;
Long target 2: 83900, based on: 4-hour EMA180 position;
Long target 3: 84800, based on: 4-hour EMA220 position; if broken, we can look up to the EMA300 (86800) area and trend line position!
