Who was it that chased after the actual controller of that exchange that deceived so many people? Who told everyone how to handle it? Who was following the FDUSD situation the whole time? Who provided detailed reports? Who offered a clear path for rights protection? When USDC had issues and SVB collapsed, who dug up all the documents to say there wouldn't be a fallout? When Huobi misappropriated user assets, who was the first to expose it? Have I done less of this in the past four years?
Unfairness cannot be met with silence, but why are so few people standing up? Within my capacity, I have already made enough effort to help. Is this silence? Does the internet really have no memory? Fortunately, the information on Twitter is all there.
Have I spoken out for fairness? But what is the result? Many people who benefited back then have now turned around and started cursing because of a single tweet. Where in that tweet did I say I encourage such things? Where did I say that promoting such things is right? Where did I say that this matter is worth envying?
I can only say that there are too many people with poor reading comprehension. All my content reiterates that if one is strong enough, they can avoid many unfair situations in society. I also mention that this community itself is not that fair; vested interests may gain unimaginable benefits without having to contribute much. Rather than hoping for fairness to descend from the sky, it is better to work harder oneself.
I don't think I am wrong, and I don't think what I did was wrong.
