Today, the #Manus AI Agent tool is very popular, and many friends want me to write about my experiences and observations. To be honest, it hasn't shocked me as much as #Deepseek did. Even without it, we could already achieve 80-90% of the results using other alternative solutions. Now, the #Manus invitation code is being hyped up to 90,000 RMB each, which is completely unnecessary. Chinese people are taking advantage of other Chinese people! Actually, today, this video demonstrated three scenarios: the first scenario is resume screening. The second scenario is real estate research. The third scenario is stock analysis.

We haven't practically used these scenarios except for real estate research; we started using resume screening back in November last year. As for stock analysis, that could have been implemented even earlier, so there's nothing surprising about it. Since the invitation code is so expensive, I’ll provide everyone with an alternative solution: #Windsurf software.

Here’s an example demonstration: yesterday, during a recruitment tweet, the HR email received several resumes. We generally use #AI to help us with the initial screening, then HR reviews, followed by 2-3 rounds of interviews. Let’s demonstrate the AI initial screening process.

Step two, hand it over to AI, which automatically scores and ranks each candidate's strengths, allowing HR to make selections more efficiently!
