In the past, I invested in hotels, and to be honest, dealing with people is the most exhausting part. You have to network with fire safety, public security, and tax authorities above, and establish systems to manage employees below! As an "i" person, I was overwhelmed, and in the end, I sold all my shares to my partners! 😅

Web3 is a blessing for countless "i" people because it only requires "thinking to get rich," and leveling up is self-validated quickly! According to Maslow's hierarchy of needs, the lowest level is material needs, followed by social needs and esteem needs. So, I started a small company to make some money, but unexpectedly, after a Trump coin launch, several excellent data analysts resigned, gaining a little freedom and going back to get married! 😅 At that time, I was particularly distressed; after nurturing the company for so long, a little freedom from #Trump made them abandon the company, which felt unfair!

But thinking about it now, I’ve come to terms with it and feel particularly happy. It’s like altruistic karma; in the future, when they start their own businesses, we would still be willing to invest. Isn’t that social and esteem needs being met?
