Last night, U.S. President Trump stated on the Truth social platform that he would promote the U.S. cryptocurrency reserves, supporting strategic reserves including XRP, SOL, and ADA, and ensuring that the U.S. becomes a global crypto hub. He later added that BTC and ETH would be the core of the reserves and expressed his recognition of these two major cryptocurrencies.
As a result of this news, the price of BTC briefly surpassed $95,000, and the total market capitalization of cryptocurrencies returned to $3 trillion, instantly putting the market into "bull market" mode. Additionally, on March 7, the White House will host its first cryptocurrency summit, which may bring more catalytic effects to the short-term market. Although we have not yet entered a full "altcoin season," short-term funds may have already sensed the opportunity, making it a key time to invest in altcoins.
"Not seeking to hold long for wealth, just looking to make a quick profit." Based on past experience, I have decided to short-term invest in the following altcoins in the AI Agent, Meme, and DeFi sectors.
AI Agent Sector
It must be acknowledged that at the end of last year, the hottest and most profitable altcoins were undoubtedly AI Agents. Currently, most of the AI Agent tokens that were frequently discussed in the community have dropped over 90% from their highs. Perhaps projects that are still "working" during this period will see a nice rebound, especially mainstream framework projects and AI Launchpad projects.
Framework Project, Choose ai16z
For the previously popular mainstream framework AI Agent projects, I believe ai16z has the opportunity to see a nice increase around the launch of the ELIZA V2 module. Previously, ai16z founder Shaw posted on the X platform stating that the V2 version will be more flexible, scalable, and able to support more use cases and complex interactions. Compared to the current framework version, the changes in V2 include a fully autonomous, unified wallet abstraction layer, a plugin registry, easy setup and installation of new features, event-driven/easy integration, modularity, and general types, allowing you to cover and significantly modify according to your use case.
It is worth mentioning that Shaw has been live coding on the X platform multiple times in the past week, with several sessions lasting over 8 hours. Perhaps the ELIZA V2 module will be launched soon due to this diligence.
AI Launchpad Project, Choose ALCH
Recently, among AI Launchpad projects, Alchemist AI has been the fastest in product iteration, continuously expanding its functionalities from edge computing, databases, access authorization, to real-time computing, cloud storage, and vector embedding, covering multiple key aspects of AI infrastructure.
Additionally, Alchemist AI has officially launched Game Engine 1.0, introducing more advanced gaming mechanisms, performance optimizations, and rendering technologies, allowing users to create high-quality gaming experiences without writing any code. Given its rapid iteration of features and strong product capabilities, this project is worth close attention and even investment.
Meme Sector
Aside from the AI Agent sector, the native Meme sector, which has strong dissemination capabilities, is also worth noting, as they often act as the "vanguard" for altcoin price increases.
Animal Meme, Choose PEPE
Before the AI Agent sector became popular, PEPE had already become a market focus due to its high community activity. I believe pure animal-themed memes, especially those in the Ethereum ecosystem, will see a price increase.
Celebrity Meme, Choose TRUMP
Regarding the U.S. cryptocurrency reserve plan, there are speculations that a portion of the 80% token supply of TRUMP may enter this reserve plan, opening up possibilities for token price increases. Moreover, on-chain whales are also accumulating TRUMP. Onchain Lens monitoring shows that early this morning, a whale spent 5.7 million USDC and 3,000 SOL to purchase 366,478 TRUMP tokens at an average price of $17 (total cost approximately $6.2 million).
Additionally, the Trump Organization has applied for a trademark for "TRUMP" to launch a metaverse and NFT trading platform, which also brings new possibilities for recent price increases.
DeFi Sector
Finally, while the DeFi sector may not be the one with the most explosive growth, leading DeFi projects may see stable price increases, making them worth significant spot investment.
BNB Chain Ecosystem, Choose XVS
In addition to the AI Agent and Meme sectors, DeFi projects in the BNB Chain ecosystem are also worth attention. According to DefiLlama data, the leading TVL project in the BNB Chain ecosystem is Venus, with the token XVS being worth investing in.
