As of the end of the claiming period, approximately 16 million $ME tokens remain unclaimed. These must be the unfortunate ones like me who have not claimed ENA tokens!
The announcement states: The unclaimed tokens from the original 12.5% allocation will be redistributed to stakers. These tokens will be distributed through an airdrop, officially starting at 3 AM Beijing time on February 15, and it is expected to be completed within one hour.
Users who were staking $ME at the time of the snapshot (i.e., just before and after the $ME claiming was closed) are eligible. If you were not in a staking state at that time, you will not be able to receive this airdrop.
$ME will be directly airdropped to the staking wallet address, with no need for manual claiming.
In the future, the release of $ME will be based on the following three dimensions:
Staking weight (amount + duration)
Trading volume
Task completion rate
Among these, staking weight will likely have a significant proportion, so if you want to achieve higher returns and maximize the token release benefits in future quarterly tasks, you need to increase your staking weight;
When the market improves, ME will definitely have a surge. At this price, I still prefer to stake it; I can't even sell it.
