On January 26, the afternoon article provided trading strategies for Bitcoin and Ethereum. For Bitcoin, the operational idea was in the 10.46/10.7 range, while for Ethereum, it was in the 3300/3450 range. After a slight rebound in the market yesterday, it quickly dipped in the early morning and is currently near the 100,000 mark. The following analysis discusses how to operate during this short-term continued pullback.

From the daily chart of Bitcoin, it has recorded two consecutive small bearish candles, and the price has completely fallen below the MA5/10 day moving averages. The support below is focused on the confluence of the MA30/60 day moving averages at the 9.9 level, and it is expected that there is a high possibility of a pullback to this level. On the 4-hour chart, the price is currently approaching the MA120 day moving average for a pullback, with support below at the MA256 day moving average at the 9.9 level. This level also serves as support for the weekly MA5/10 day moving averages, so the daily operation should be to short on rebounds.

From the daily chart of Ethereum, the weekend market rebounded but failed to break and hold above the MA30 day moving average. After two consecutive days of pullback, the price has reached the MA120 day moving average at the 3145 level. The support below is at the MA256 day moving average at the 3100 level. If this level cannot hold, it will continue to pull back to the weekly MA60 day moving average at the 3030 level. Similarly, the strategy should be to short on rebounds.
