With AI agents blooming everywhere, how should one buy the dip?

"The Logic of Bottom Fishing" is very important.

Written by: Haotian

What? Does bottom fishing need logic? That's right, for ordinary users who are new to the market, "bottom fishing logic" is very important. Because before the main wave of the "Spring of Blockchain" truly arrives, high volatility will be the norm. Next, let's briefly discuss how AI Agents should approach bottom fishing.

1) Find leading projects with strong consensus:

These types of projects have high market enthusiasm, often reacting the fastest during market surges and having relatively strong support during downturns. The key is that they have withstood the test of time through multiple fluctuations; if they can remain stable within a certain market cap range, large funds will generally favor these types of projects. The overall track's true activation also depends on the performance of these large blue-chip projects, such as: $AIXBT, #ai16z, $arc, #Griffain, #Virtual, $GAME, etc.;

2) Look for projects with unique narratives and ongoing technological and application developments:

Frameworks and standards have the highest ceilings, but the challenge is in execution, and project technological progress can be slow. If there is capital manipulation behind the scenes, ordinary retail investors will find it difficult to make clear judgments. However, projects with clear developers and unique positioning in their narratives are worth paying attention to, as these projects require long-term observation, with more short-term noise.

Because narratives need to evolve, each sub-narrative direction has a strongest Mindshare, such as: $Focai in the "Chainification" track, $BUZZ / $NEUR in the DeFi track, $HYPER / $AVA in the Metaverse track, $Dreams in the gaming track, $SENTAI in the DePIN track, and $SPORE in the creative gameplay track, etc.

3) Find projects with relatively clear business logic and roadmaps:

There are projects in the market that seem easy to understand at first glance but rely on operational data growth performance. Therefore, these projects often have weak expectations but stable fundamentals. If they can continuously show data growth performance and ongoing service upgrades, they are worth paying attention to.

For example: $FXN is creating a decentralized API sharing marketplace, $SNAI is a serverless AI Agent development and deployment platform, $YNE is a decentralized paper checking platform, and $WAVE is an AI automated trading agent one-click deployment platform, etc.

4) Look for projects that may have significant changes in commercial expectations in the future:

I am quite optimistic about the future performance of the ai16z family of projects. After all, as strong related projects under the large commercial IP of AI Agents, their development evolution has a certain narrative leading role, and there is a significant potential for change.

For example, the story of $METAV may not be over; once its narrative logic as an AI PumpFun is realized, the potential will be substantial. Similarly, if #DegenAI has outstanding performance after product delivery, the market cap differences with other similar products will quickly be filled, especially since it is backed by the family of projects. Another example is #Zerebro, which originally had a bright commercial path but has shown contrasting secondary trends.

That's all.

Of course, there are other investment-oriented bottom fishing logics, such as projects that are oversold, projects that have undergone sufficient wash trading, projects with healthy chip structures, projects supported by large communities, and old projects with a strong Mindshare ratio, etc.

The above shares several typical projects I have selected based on the narrative development of AI Agents, for reference only and not as investment advice.

I hope everyone can establish their own investment preference logic. In the direction of PVE value investment, the most feared mindset is purely PVP; once you lose understanding of the project's development trajectory, it becomes easy to be influenced by short-term high volatility. Don't forget, most fundamentally strong projects may not perform as well in the short term as those with strong manipulation.
