⚡️How to Establish an Observation Position in a Bull Market?丨Can Solve 80% of Cryptocurrency Anxiety——
This is something someone asked me in the community today, so I’ll share briefly. Personally, I have a habit of establishing an observation position when buying coins, keeping a portion of the assets I initially assess as potentially good. I will always leave a hand for buying and selling. 👇Operation Logic——
1⃣ Buy
When the hype around a coin is starting to rise, there are usually only two reasons:
A new narrative in the market has emerged, and attention is beginning to gather.
There are whales manipulating the price, and someone is calling out trades.
However, just discovering a target without in-depth research makes me hesitant to go all in. During a relatively short operational period, I will first buy a bit to establish an observation position.
Buying is not for making money because even if the observation position multiplies several times, it won’t yield much profit. The key is that after establishing the observation position, you will pay more attention and be more motivated to research the project.
Get on board first, then research. If after research, you find it truly worth a long-term investment, you can gradually increase your position.
This is about "not wasting the opportunity if it goes up, and not suffering a big loss if it goes down."
2⃣ Sell
When selling, I rarely clear out completely; I usually leave a small position, a few hundred USDT in a Karami position.
Unless it’s a project that looks like a one-way flow, then I must run away early; never be complacent!
The position I leave is not just a bet on future price increases. You have already achieved your ideal profit margin, securing several times the profit, and the remaining question is:
Has this Alpha been validated by the market, and do I still need to buy back in?
Establishing an observation position after selling allows you to see how the coin performs afterward. If it drops, it indicates that selling was the right decision; if it rises, it shows that your observation was correct, and if a suitable opportunity arises, you can buy back in.
It’s like keeping a WeChat contact to observe an ex after a breakup…
In a bull market, you can really feel the impatience and anxiety of those around you. Missing out and selling too early happens every day, so it’s essential to maintain a good mindset.
I recommend using this "observation position" strategy if conditions allow; it can reduce 80% of the "regret after the fact" issues.
If you haven’t even bought an observation position in a coin, there’s no need to regret missing out because the thought process in your mind is completely different from the real money operations. That profit was never meant to be yours.
