12.31 Zhang Lihui: Bitcoin (BTC) Market Analysis and Trading Suggestions:
The low long strategy for Bitcoin set by Lihui yesterday at the 92300-92700 range was accurately triggered again. Last night, after a rapid drop to the 91559 position close to midnight, it quickly reversed, and in the early morning, it directly hit the first target above 94600, approaching the second target. It was indeed powerful, and the market rewarded us. I wonder how many traders caught this short-term profit; it’s a bit regrettable that if the price had pulled back just a little deeper, we could have added to our positions and continued to increase profits. However, securing profits is also a good choice!
Continuing to look at the hourly chart, Bitcoin has just touched the EMA120 position and is forming a pullback, breaking the middle band and approaching the lower band. The upper band of the Bollinger Bands is also trending down again, with a decrease in volume above the zero axis. The fast and slow lines are also converging, showing a clear pattern of going up and coming down; the MACD continues to show weak volume below the zero axis, with the fast and slow lines indicating a potential second divergence, suggesting that the bears intend to continue.
On the daily chart, the candlestick is testing the key EMA60 position, which also forms a cross support with MA60. If it breaks, it could really touch the EMA80 position, so this possibility cannot be ruled out. Therefore, trying a low long position with a good stop loss is crucial. Since the market continues to give bearish signals, the deeper the pullback, the more it presents an opportunity for Lihui to continue trying long positions.
