Standing at the forefront of AI Agents, holding onto the thigh of ai16z.

Many people are puzzled as to why $PHA suddenly became so popular. To put it abstractly, perhaps even @PhalaNetwork didn't anticipate how it suddenly became the chosen one. The surge of PHA is due to both chance and necessity, and it is certainly not something that any overt or covert scheme could have facilitated. There are three key points: sufficient preparation in TEE technology, the support of ai16z, and the timely emergence of the AI Agent trend:

1) The efforts of Phala Network in TEE technology are the "necessity" that led to this event. Why do I say this?

TEE (Trusted Execution Environment) is not a new concept, but it has always been considered "niche" in the mainstream crypto technology narrative over the past few years. For example, many high-performance chains have emerged that compete based on the advantages of languages like RUST and MOVE, and there has been a wave of ZK technology centered around ZK. TEE, MPC, FHE, Blind Compute, and other cryptographic technologies occasionally appear in the differentiated positioning of certain projects, but they are not on the same level as the booming ZK.

In fact, while mainstream chains focus on the efficiency of "block space" (MEV, TPS, Gas, etc.), ZK technology has only been applied to the most basic trusted state changes between layer1 and layer2. The advantages of ZK technology, such as zkVM virtual machine infrastructure and zkSNARKs updating chain data structures, have not yet found their place, let alone achieving broader mass adoption.

The main reason is that previous technology narratives pursued a purely "on-chain" environment. ZK can be seen as the first step in separating off-chain computation from on-chain verification, but the larger goal still serves "on-chain." The trusted execution environment of TEE is inherently a "pre-processing" step for a secure off-chain enclave.

It can serve on-chain, and it is the result of leading projects like Unichain and Flashbot gradually expanding the new narrative of Pre-confirmation. In other words, without integrating with the chain, TEE is undoubtedly a mature technology from pure web2. When combined with the chain, it can provide trusted pre-processing, isolated privacy computing, and other useful applications.

Therefore, those who dare to apply TEE technology to the blockchain field must be able to endure solitude while possessing unique and wise insights. In this regard, Phala Network indeed has a mature TEE solution, without a doubt.

2) What Phala Network did not expect was the sudden emergence of a mysterious client named "ai16z," which adopted its TEE solution. This is the biggest "chance" factor behind PHA's surge.

After seeing the AI-Pool official Twitter announce that AI Agents would autonomously issue tokens, I immediately tweeted a technical interpretation of the TEE solution (TEE allows AI to autonomously manage private keys and sign applications in a secure enclave environment that is usable but not visible), as well as the historic opportunity that the collaboration between Phala and ai16z might present. (This is also an excellent entry point for most retail investors).

The super commercial IP status of ai16z in the AI Agent space goes without saying. The adoption of Phala's TEE solution by AI-POOL indicates at least two things:

• Phala's TEE solution has many mature commercial cases and was chosen by ai16z;

• Phala's TEE solution will be the first to benefit from the commercial concept of AI Agent PumpFun, which involves AI controlling private key token issuance.

Understanding this naturally leads to recognizing what Phala can gain from the phenomenon of AI-Pool and the autonomous token issuance by intelligent agents. A very natural logic is that as the AI Agent token issuance trend continues to drive forward, the private key management and remote authentication services provided by TEE will become a "must-have" business, while a complete set of on-chain verifiable consensus adapted to the TEE off-chain environment will be a bonus, representing a new infrastructure for the AI Agent era.

So, I invested in PHA; I may not fully understand Phala Network, but that doesn't matter. I believe I understand the market potential and incremental opportunities that could explode from AI Agent + TEE and AI Agent + Chain.

3) What truly propelled Phala Network is the currently booming narrative of AI Agents. I have pinned several articles about the AI Agent narrative in my Twitter profile highlights; new followers can take a look. Those articles repeatedly emphasize the four words: "Don't miss out, don't miss out, don't miss out."

Because the AI Agent has evolved from AI MEME to the emergence of launchpad platforms like Virutual and Vvaifu, then to individual AIs like @aixbt_agent and Zerebro, and finally to frameworks and standards like ELIZA and ARC, until old chains like Phala are swept up in the trend, everything is rapidly evolving, almost beyond everyone's imagination. Why?

Simply put, this is a historic opportunity, a major upward wave at the level of DeFi Summer. The explosion of innovative gameplay during this process, the influx of hot money, and the opportunities created by information asymmetry will ensure that it remains "hot and sizzling."

Therefore, I shout my slogan loudly, hoping that more retail investors can seize the alpha growth opportunities within, and that more project teams can break free from the "delivery incapacity" dilemma of the past pure VC coin narrative.

A new narrative whirlwind is rising, and its purpose is not merely to blow dust (chicken feathers) in your face but to lift you onto the trend and make you that little piglet swimming in wealth.

By the way, the underlying message of this statement is: do not worry about missing out on PHA, because Phala is just one of the players in the trend, having first benefited from the trend's dividends. Following the narrative evolution logic and direction I have outlined, please believe that there will definitely be more opportunities to come.
