The Everclear protocol token $NEXT is migrating to $CLEAR. CLEAR introduces a brand new voting binding system, allowing stakers to vote on liquidity incentives and earn fees from protocol activities.

Staking (vbCLEAR): vbCLEAR holders can earn a portion of the protocol fees as well as rewards from the first season reward pool.

Voting: vbCLEAR holders vote to allocate incentives to specific blockchains, ensuring liquidity is directed to where it is most needed.

Incentive Distribution: Settlers receive incentives based on the proportion of their settlement activities.

Protocol Fee Generation: The current fee range is from 0.2 to 1 basis point.

Protocol Fee Distribution: Fees paid to the protocol's smart contract system, after deducting the Gas fees generated by the system, are distributed to vbCLEAR governance participants.
