Many friends asked me how the spot ETF data was yesterday, planning to judge whether American investors are in panic or buying during the decline based on yesterday's purchasing power. Although I have seen the data, I still have to say that we cannot use yesterday's data for comparison because the interest rate meeting and Powell's speech were already quite late yesterday. Even in the U.S., the main trading hours had already passed. Therefore, if we want to reference something, the data from tonight (to be released tomorrow) is more reliable.

In the past 24 hours, the data on the funding side has a significant gap compared to what was published on the official website. There should be some after-hours transactions that have not yet been completed or counted, while the official website's data only goes up to the closing time.

In the funding data, yesterday's #ETH spot ETF only had a net inflow of $2.5 million, but in reality, it is several times larger than this value. BlackRock remains the main buyer, purchasing over 22,000 ETH, followed by Grayscale's Mini ETF, which bought over 1,100 ETH. However, Fidelity, which usually follows BlackRock, had no inflow or outflow data yesterday.

This should be the most normal situation, as avoiding risk is the most conventional strategy before key macro data is released. On the selling side, only Bitwise and ETHE were involved, but ETHE only reduced its holdings by 99 ETH, which did not cause much disturbance. From yesterday's data, we can still see that American investors maintain a good expectation for ETH, especially as BlackRock investors continue to strengthen their purchases.

After all, for most investors, at least regarding BlackRock's promotion, they are not looking at short-term price changes, but rather likely considering monthly or yearly cycles. Of course, we cannot rule out the possibility of "foolish people with lots of money coming quickly."
