Core Innovation

Kizzy's uniqueness lies in combining social elements with competitive gameplay. The platform features a customized event system that supports various types of gaming, equipped with a real-time odds calculation engine and risk control system.

The market logic engine handles market creation, management, and dynamic odds adjustments, ensuring market stability through multi-dimensional data analysis. Users can quickly participate in various market activities through the mobile interface, with the system supporting offline access and real-time notifications.

Technical Architecture

The Kizzy platform is built using NextJS for the front-end interface, providing a near-native mobile experience through PWA technology. The back-end is developed based on NodeJS, using PostgreSQL and Prisma to handle transaction data, while also integrating a non-relational database to cope with high concurrency scenarios.

Kizzy's technical highlight is its fully vertically integrated architecture, achieving deep customization from oracles to market logic and user interaction layers. Notably, its self-developed oracle system differs from traditional competitive platforms that rely on third-party oracles like Chainlink, allowing Kizzy's solution to adapt more flexibly to different types of gaming markets.

Currently, Kizzy is in the product iteration stage, with the team focusing on technological development to continuously optimize platform performance and user experience. While ensuring compliance, the platform has chosen to expand its business into Web3-friendly markets.

🥉 Third Place: Sparkball - 4V4 Sports Fighting Game

Sparkball is a 4v4 MOBA-style competitive game developed by Opti Games. The core innovation of the game is the combination of ball sports and fighting elements, where players need to control the ball and score in the opponent's goal. The game adopts the MOBA team battle mode of "League of Legends" while incorporating sports competition characteristics similar to "Rocket League." Sparkball's uniqueness lies in its focus on creating a high-quality gaming experience rather than emphasizing Web3 attributes.

In terms of development progress, Sparkball plans to launch Season Zero testing on November 21, 2024, with the full version expected to be released in the second quarter of 2025.

Currently, Sparkball has secured $2 million in investment from L1D and CMS Holdings and has established a strategic partnership with the Web3 game distribution platform MON Protocol.

👾 Community Award: Dusted, Pulse, Mozi

  1. ### Dusted - Tokenized Social Protocol on Monad

Dusted is a social platform developed on Monad, with the core function of creating tokenized chat rooms through a CommunityFi mechanism. The platform uses smart contracts for community governance, allowing token holders to participate in rule-making, content review, and feature voting.

Dusted chose Monad as its underlying public chain, mainly considering its advantages in transaction processing speed and scalability. The project adopts a modular design, including core components such as a token-gated system, decentralized identity authentication (DID), and cross-chain bridging. Additionally, Dusted implements a dual-layer governance structure: at the protocol level, DAO governance is adopted for major upgrade decisions and parameter adjustments; at the community level, token holders are granted governance rights over their respective closed communities.

Notably, the project proposes the CommunityFi model. This model quantifies community contributions through tokenization, transforming user behaviors that are difficult to measure on traditional social platforms into verifiable value proofs on-chain.

In terms of application scenarios, Dusted primarily targets three user groups:

  1. Content creators can issue community tokens to build a tokenized fan economy.

  2. NFT project teams can create exclusive communities based on holding proof.

  3. Web3 project teams can use the protocol to establish decentralized governance communities.

The project is currently in the testnet phase, with core functionality development completed. According to the roadmap, the mainnet is expected to launch in the second quarter of 2024. More information will be announced by the official team.

  1. ### Pulse - On-chain Life Data, Health Value Realization

PULSE (Pulse No Limits) combines blockchain technology with wearable health devices, with the core product being the Pulse One wearable device, which has physiological data collection capabilities, including monitoring heart rate, blood oxygen, and activity levels, equipped with wireless charging and a battery life of 5 days, along with a built-in digital wallet function.

PULSE adopts a three-layer design architecture of hardware, software, and on-chain technology. The hardware layer is responsible for data collection; the middle software layer uses digital twin technology to integrate wearable device data with electronic health records and provides AI analysis capabilities; the bottom layer is built on the Solana and Monad blockchains, handling data encryption storage and access permission management. Through decentralized on-chain technology, PULSE achieves the ownership and controllable sharing of health data. Users have complete ownership of their data and can decide whether to share it with research or medical institutions. Users who share their data will receive token incentives, forming a data value exchange mechanism.

Currently, PULSE has completed a $1.8 million seed round of financing, with investors including Lemniscap and Collab Currency. The project plans to launch its product in the first quarter of 2025 and is working on establishing a data-sharing ecosystem.

The application scenarios for PULSE include personal health management, medical research data collection, clinical data analysis, and the construction of decentralized medical databases. The project addresses issues such as ownership disputes and sharing restrictions faced by traditional medical data through blockchain technology, providing new solutions for the collection, storage, sharing, and application of health data.

Mozi, Combining PvP and Liquidity Management in DeFi

Mozi is an innovative DeFi project built on Monad, defining itself as the first PvPfi (Player vs Player Finance) project on Monad. Its core feature is the combination of the PvP financial mechanism with the LST mechanism for gaming battles and profit acquisition. The entire project architecture revolves around the Vault system, which is responsible for securely managing users' LST assets and intelligently distinguishing between principal and earnings to achieve automatic reinvestment of profits.

In terms of profit management, Mozi has designed a Leverage Yield mechanism that allows users to temporarily access their principal to increase available earnings in the game. This design ensures that users have more opportunities to participate in games while maintaining the stability of overall staking returns through strict risk control mechanisms.

The gaming system is another highlight of Mozi. The project has developed a multiplayer battle game based on LST, ensuring fairness through on-chain randomness. The earnings players obtain in the game are directly linked to their staking returns, creating a positive incentive loop.

Mozi employs an automated vault management system, ensuring asset security through smart contracts, with a completely transparent profit distribution mechanism and a verifiable randomness system. These technical features collectively build a secure and reliable DeFi gaming platform.

Mozi's greatest innovation lies in successfully combining LST in DeFi with gamified scenarios, allowing users to enjoy staking returns while also earning additional profits through game participation. The design philosophy of the entire system consistently focuses on lowering the user entry barrier, transforming complex DeFi operations into an intuitive gaming experience.

Summary

From the details of this award, the new projects in the Monad ecosystem revolve around the themes of gaming and social interaction, reflecting the real demands of the current market that are "closer to users." With the bull market approaching, the hot money in the market is becoming more aggressive, necessitating projects that allow for simple and quick investment of funds and time to capture user sentiment. The Monad ecosystem has also sensitively perceived this trend, demonstrating timely control over market demands. As the market environment continues to evolve, we look forward to the next Monad Madness bringing more interesting creative projects.
