After I posted this tweet, I had a long conversation with Da Le @DL_W59, so much so that I even forgot to post the tweet. The main topic was "action is greater than everything." Sometimes we impose many limitations or thresholds on ourselves, but these are actually just our own indulgences. Many times, we shouldn't just stay in thought; we need to take action. Even if it's difficult, as long as we make a little progress every day, over time we can accumulate a lot of knowledge and results.

Speaking for myself, I don't have a high education, my abilities aren't strong, I'm older, and I don't have any special skills, yet I managed to get stuck in a high position on my own. However, when I realized the importance of macroeconomics in 2022, I believed that as long as I could understand the macro environment, I could minimize my losses. So I worked hard to learn. At the beginning of 2022, I didn't even know what the Federal Reserve was or what interest rate hikes were. I have to thank @qinbafrank Wu for this; I often messaged him late at night or in the early morning, and he would reply, patiently teaching me bit by bit. By August, I still didn't understand how to calculate the returns on U.S. Treasury bonds.

The current environment is much better than it was back then. There are more and more experts studying macroeconomics and trends. As long as you put in some effort, you can learn things at zero cost. If someone like me can do it, you can definitely do it too. You just need to take action and not make excuses for yourself. Making money relies on yourself; only by becoming stronger can you have more opportunities to earn. It's not that difficult; the hard part is whether you are willing to put in the effort.

If you feel that you are working hard but still not seeing results, either you are working in the wrong direction, or you are not working hard enough.
