Bold proposal: Ethereum's native L2s

• Developed by Ethereum's open-source devs for max alignment and value accrual for $ETH

• Only ETH used as gas fees and all fees, used to burn ETH

• Not one, but multiple L2s possibly for specific use cases that would be part of "ETH Superchain" like OP Superchain for unified UI/UX

• Any outside L2 could fork ETH native L2s and join the "ETH Superchain." This cross-layer interoperability would make Ethereum easier to use and build on

• Puts max security guarantees and prioritizes decentralization
