Results of "midnight voting" in Dixville Notch, New Hampshire show Harris and Trump tied
The town of Dixville Notch in New Hampshire announced the voting results of 6 registered voters, with Harris and Trump tied at 3 votes each.
The seven key states that will have the most impact on the presidential election results will close polling stations between 7 PM and 10 PM Eastern Time (8 AM to 11 AM Beijing Time on November 6). As states begin to report results, the final outcome is expected to be revealed as early as noon Beijing Time. Specifically:
Polling stations in Georgia will close at 7 PM (8 AM Beijing Time on November 6), and North Carolina will close after 7:30 PM (8:30 AM Beijing Time on November 6), with initial winning trends gradually emerging. If Harris performs well in these states, it may indicate that she does not have to rely entirely on the slower-counting "Blue Wall" states—Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. Conversely, if Trump wins these two Southern battleground states, Harris could still win through the "Blue Wall" states, but the results will be revealed later.
Polling stations in Michigan and Pennsylvania will close at 8 PM Eastern Time (9 PM Beijing Time on November 6), Wisconsin and Arizona at 9 PM (10 PM Beijing Time on November 6), and Nevada at 10 PM (11 PM Beijing Time on November 6).

OpenSea CEO discusses new version: We built a new platform from scratch

Swiss privacy-focused startup Nym Technologies, supported by a16z, will buy back $1 million worth of NYM tokens, aiming to limit supply and enhance the company's treasury.
Nym CEO Harry Halpin stated in a statement: "This buyback is not just about financial strategy, but about preparing for growth."
According to The Block's data page, there are currently about 803 million NYM tokens in circulation (out of a total of 1 billion), trading at around $0.06. NYM has risen over 7% in the last 24 hours. NYM is used to incentivize node operators, staking, governance, and participating in the network's hybrid proof-of-consensus mechanism.
This initial buyback will also serve as a "trial run" for a "permanent NYM buyback," which will grow alongside the development of NymVPN (expected to launch in mid-December). In addition to rewarding network operators, the buyback funds will also be used for marketing efforts and expanding Nym's tech stack.

CZ, after appearing at the Binance Blockchain Week in Dubai at the end of October, was in another Middle Eastern country, Bahrain, on November 3. He told reporters that Binance was the first to obtain a similar license in Bahrain before obtaining the virtual asset service provider (VASP) license issued by Dubai.
At the second Gateway Gulf Investment Forum held in Bahrain, CZ stated: "Many people do not know the good here." Bahrain, as a country that is also friendly to cryptocurrencies, is relatively less known. After obtaining the crypto asset service provider license from the Central Bank of Bahrain, Binance also received approval for a banking license from the CBB, meaning Binance has directly opened fiat currency channels locally.
CZ also mentioned that he learned that Hong Kong peers are actively exploring RWA, but the price fluctuations of real-world assets are relatively small, making it difficult to form sufficient trading volume in the secondary market, and liquidity tends to gradually shrink, waiting for innovators to propose truly liquidity-generating use cases.
Additionally, CZ expressed strong optimism about investment opportunities in the Middle East, focusing not only on blockchain investments but also strategically positioning in AI, biotechnology, and other fields in GCC countries.
SkyBridge Capital CEO: Regardless of who becomes U.S. president, Bitcoin will rise
SkyBridge Capital CEO Anthony Scaramucci expressed an optimistic prediction for Bitcoin, stating that regardless of who becomes president, Bitcoin will rise. Considering the market's potential reaction to the victory of Donald Trump or Kamala Harris, if Trump wins, Bitcoin may rise in the short term, as he is generally seen as a deregulator who might overturn many policies of the Biden administration, but Harris has also expressed support for blockchain and Bitcoin.
Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas stated on X that BTC's sudden surge today may be one of the reactions to the U.S. presidential election. Eric Balchunas added: "If anyone thinks Bitcoin is not a good indicator to watch today, please tell me why. To me, BTC seems like a clean indicator because it is an issue in the campaign, while stocks and bonds are less important, but I am open to other thoughts."
