Ethereum, which has been stagnant, once again broke through the previous high last night, reaching the 2700 mark. Although it was two days late, it did not miss the opportunity. As mentioned in Lihui's previous article on Ethereum, shorting Ethereum is not recommended; attention should be paid to Bitcoin breaking its previous high! However, Bitcoin did not rebound much last night. Could it be another alternating rise? Another possibility is that Ethereum appears to be catching up, and everyone will definitely chase it, which is also a tactic used by the market makers. Do not doubt this; regardless of bullish or bearish positions, one must be prepared defensively!
In the 1-hour chart, the Bollinger Bands are trending upwards, with the lower band closing in, approaching MA120. This can serve as a point for opening long positions. Above the zero axis, there is strong volume, and the distance between DIF and DEA has not widened significantly, indicating that the market space is not as alarming as some say;
In the 4-hour chart, the Bollinger Bands channel is opening, with continued volume above the zero axis. The golden cross continues to open, and for pullbacks, consider the MA15 and MA30 range;
On the daily chart, the price pressure above considers the upper band and MA120. It is important to note that Ethereum's daily chart is not yet in a complete bullish arrangement, so do not have overly high expectations! I hope everyone does not get carried away; because MA60 has not yet started to turn upwards, and MA80 and MA120 are still in a downward posture;
In summary, Lihui believes that the current market's aggressive buying of Bitcoin is too much; do not blindly chase high prices. Once the market digests the good news, it will eventually be liquidated; what is meant to come will come!
