Trader Chen Shu: Bitcoin and Ethereum Market Strategy for October 14th Afternoon

On October 14th, the afternoon article analysis provided long positions around 6.2/2440, offering a perfect entry opportunity. From the daily chart of Bitcoin, although yesterday closed with a green candlestick with a lower shadow, the trend is generally consistent with yesterday's analysis. After retracing to the daily MA256 moving average, it initiated a rise of 2500 points. The price is now again above 6.4, with short-term resistance at the previous high of 6.5. Pay attention to the breakthrough of the 6.5 resistance level today. If it directly breaks above the 6.5 high, there may be a significant short-term increase. The support level to watch is around 6.35, with the intraday range focusing on 6.35-6.5.

Ethereum's rebound strength is not strong. Yesterday, it completely broke through the daily MA30/60 moving average (2490) resistance level due to this round of price increase. The 4-hour chart also broke through the MA256 moving average at the 2510 resistance level. Today, pay attention to whether the support at the 2500 level holds during the pullback, with resistance at around 2650.

Afternoon Trading Strategy:

BTC: Light long at 6.35, add to long at 6.3 on pullback, target 6.45-6.5; light short at 6.5-6.55, aiming for around 1000 points.

ETH: Light long at 2510, add to long at 2490 on pullback, target 2550. If it breaks, reduce position and hold for 2600.

Note: After the morning's rise, the short-term MACD shows signs of a top divergence. Be cautious of the risks of chasing highs in the short term. Focus on the breakout situation in the 6.35-6.5 range.
