Review of September's Bank Account Freezing Appeals: Do You Have a Case Here? (Take a look, life is full of pitfalls)

In September, there were a total of 40 consulting clients.

Today, I will discuss the clients entrusted in September and some cases, to see if your unresolved issues are among them. If so, use it as a reference; if not, take it as a warning.

  1. Mr. Liu's Card Suspension Issue.

Mr. Liu from Guangzhou gave his nephew a phone card in his name a few years ago. As a result, the nephew lent the phone card's verification code to others, causing Mr. Liu to be placed on the card suspension list. After many twists and turns, he couldn't determine what exactly happened. He could go through Taobao to organize the case, and his uncle provided accurate advice: first, identify which institution placed him on the suspension list, and then address it accordingly.

However, since there was indeed a lending issue, the appeal was very difficult. Mr. Liu's request was simply to obtain a local bank card for receiving payments, so the solution was to apply to the competent authority according to laws and regulations, which could meet the victim's needs.

  1. Senior Student Mr. Yu's Part-Time Job Card Freeze.

Students looking for part-time jobs should be cautious. Any job that requires your bank account is likely a scam. They may not steal your money but will use your bank account for money laundering. This student found a part-time job for purchasing televisions offline through a WeChat search for National Day part-time jobs. The scammer claimed to transfer money into his account and then withdraw it.

Subsequently, the scammer told the student to give him the money, and he could leave. When the student asked about the television purchase, the scammer harshly told him not to ask too many questions.

The outcome was that the uncle in the student's registered residence criticized and educated him, and no charges were filed.

  1. Mr. He from Wuhan's Online Gambling Account Frozen by Four Authorities.

Mr. He was involved in an online gambling platform, leading to simultaneous freezes by authorities in Ganzhou, Jilin, Hunan, and Jiangsu. Since there were no funds in the account, after analysis by the legal team, materials were provided to each freezing institution, indicating that he had no ability to refund, and waiting for a court ruling to deduct was the best outcome, which the victim also accepted.

  1. Ms. Liu from Guizhou's Frozen Account for Selling USDT.

This case is a bit complex, so we will write it in the first person: Ms. Liu wanted to exchange some Hong Kong dollars for RMB and searched for strategies everywhere. Online tutorials left contact information for "airplanes," and she found that she could buy USDT through a registered Hong Kong virtual currency exchange and quickly exchange it for RMB through OTC trading. Following an online tutorial, she registered a Hong Kong account on the Huobi app and purchased 3,137 USDT.

Then, she found an advertisement for a virtual currency trader called "Safe Out U" on the "airplane" chat software and consulted them about the trading method. The other party promised to verify the buyer's identity, and the trading process was: the buyer pays me first, and after I receive the RMB, the trader delivers the digital assets to the buyer, who provides a release video, and then I deliver the digital assets to the trader.

I believed this trading method would ensure my USDT wouldn't be scammed, so I agreed to trade with this trader. On July 30, I received a remittance of 22,000 yuan from Hu for purchasing USDT into my Industrial and Commercial Bank account. After the trader sent me the buyer's recorded confirmation video, I transferred the 3,137 USDT into the trader's wallet, completing the transaction.

As a result, the account was frozen. However, this trader was also quite impressive, promising to compensate for the frozen card (without even an IP address, and you believed it, truly impressive). They also had someone transfer a sum to the victim for compensation, but that amount had issues and was frozen by Yunnan.

Just when one wave settled, another arose. They found me, and since there were no chat records with the trader, there was no evidence. I devised a solution, and we immediately contacted the freezing authority, providing a situation explanation and case details. The uncle understood, saying the victim was induced into a gold investment scam.

The uncle had to inform that full compensation was required, first refunding half to unfreeze the bank card, with the rest to be negotiated for repayment. The victim had little money and agreed to the compensation, just needing to gather some funds temporarily, later agreeing to repay 500 a month to show goodwill.

  1. Mr. Gai's Credit Card Repayment Frozen.

This was clearly a case of "running scores." After in-depth communication, I found that the victim had only one transaction, the first time, so I developed a specific strategy. The victim had no prior offenses, no renting, lending, or selling of bank cards, and no involvement in online gambling. They had a happy family and a successful job, with no reason or motive to engage in illegal activities, so the uncle directly unthawed the account.

  1. Mr. Yu's USDT Sale at the Exchange Frozen.

Mr. Yu sold 9,000 USDT at the Gate exchange and received a payment from a company account. The uncle stopped the payment for three days, then transferred the funds to repay a loan. A week later, the uncle contacted the victim, informing him that the 60,000 yuan was involved in a secondary case and required full refund of all funds. The victim told the uncle it was a good faith income and was unaware of the case, consulting a lawyer for a response.

Then, all bank accounts under the victim's name were frozen!!!

Three days later, the victim found that all bank cards could be used again, so he proactively contacted the uncle, stating the funds were good faith income. However, all his bank cards were frozen again, and the money hadn't been transferred out.

This was truly unnecessary; why provoke the uncle? Couldn’t you just unfreeze and secretly smile with a girl? One smile isn’t enough; you need two.

Now, they are crying to find me. After organizing the materials and understanding the case, I discussed the concept of C2C trading, the legal relationship of digital currency transactions, laws and regulations, the difficulties of this appeal, and solutions with the uncle. The uncle contacted the victim and negotiated a humanitarian donation of 15,000 to the victim, which the victim agreed to.

This concludes the matter.

  1. Mr. Luo from Fujian's Foreign Exchange Payment Frozen.

Mr. Luo is engaged in inbound tourism, mainly connecting with Southeast Asian group companies to receive foreign tourists (mainly from the Philippines) traveling to Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, and Macau. There are instances where Chinese clients pay him in RMB. He received a notice from the Guizhou special case team, alleging involvement in the circulation of gambling funds, and found me, quoting 10,000 yuan, with a down payment of 2,000 yuan. Once the materials were organized and mailed out, he would pay the remaining 8,000 yuan, and the 500 yuan consultation fee could be deducted from this 8,000, so he only needed to pay 7,500 yuan as the final payment.

To quickly receive the money, the team's legal uncle organized the event details and evidence materials at midnight (working overtime): On October 20, 2023, the client, a Philippine travel agency (Travel Worthy PH), confirmed with our company for a five-day, four-night trip to Hong Kong and Macau from February 4 to February 8, 2024, for a total of 17 people. I then sent the client an invoice, which included the amount involved in the case.

The Philippine travel agency (Travel Worthy PH) requested to directly pay the travel funds to our personal account for convenience in transferring. We agreed, and upon self-checking, it matched the four incoming amounts mentioned above. After receiving the funds, I contacted the local travel agency, Fuxing International Travel Co., Ltd. (responsible for reception), issued a reception invoice, and paid 35,980 yuan to the other party.

All these bank accounts were used by me to receive travel funds, and all amounts were good faith income. I had never rented, lent, sold, assisted others in transferring, engaged in illegal trading, or participated in online gambling.

Originally, the materials were sent out for a fee, but then they became unwilling.

Today, time is limited, so I will share some cases with you. You can see if you have encountered similar situations.

While writing this article, I realized that my own life is not as good as others, yet I still cannot bear to see the suffering in the world.

Regarding the fees, let me explain:

This has always been agreed upon in advance. If it’s a minor issue, like asking for my opinion on a merchant or needing some templates, feel free to comment, message me, or inquire in the TG group. I can answer for free since I have no pressing matters.

However, if your card has already been frozen or if it’s a tricky issue like two cards, this cannot be resolved in just a few words. With so many followers, if everyone says a word, it would overwhelm me.

At this point, I will charge a fee for one-on-one assistance. This is because the team’s legal professionals are solving it for you, providing professional solutions, and it’s one-on-one.
