However, I don't think the probability of Hal being Satoshi is very high.

Mainly because Hal Finney was publicly invited by Satoshi to join, and the first transaction test and the first email from Satoshi were both sent to him.

You could say it's like a "self-invitation," and although it's a tactic of confusion, it's not impossible—similar to a murderer personally reporting to the police. However, this is too risky and has a higher gamble, which doesn't quite fit Satoshi's style.

But I guess Hal probably has some candidates in mind.
