Riding my bike, I often think of a passage from "One Hundred Years of Solitude":

The essence of life

is simply living

without too many expectations of others.

We always want to find

in the eyes of others.

Perhaps, the loneliness of adulthood

is about navigating our own joys and sorrows,

and this is also our rare freedom.

Time will not stand still,

life will not wait.

We cannot let pressure and difficulties

hinder our progress.

we must learn to persevere,

learn to find solutions to problems,
