According to CoinDesk, citing two informed sources, cryptocurrency payment company BCB Group was a subject of an investigation by the UK's financial services regulator, which has now concluded. The two sources requested anonymity due to the private nature of the matter. The FCA issued a so-called s166 notice to BCB at the end of last year. The investigation has now concluded, and a source close to BCB stated that the results were positive for the company. Additionally, a third source added that BCB is in constructive negotiations with regulators to discuss expanding its license scope.
According to Cointelegraph, the U.S. Department of Justice and the SEC have stated to the Supreme Court that the class action lawsuit accusing Nvidia of making false statements regarding its sales to cryptocurrency miners should be approved.
