Lihui mentioned yesterday morning that Bitcoin's pullback to around 62000 indeed formed resistance, and he had already positioned short orders in the 61800-62000 range. As of the morning's low point, it was possible to gain nearly 2000 points. From the current market perspective, there are no obvious signs of a significant bottoming out, so short positions can consider continuing to reduce holdings. For long positions, adjustments need to follow the downward trend; attention can continue to be paid to the daily EMA200 breakout situation. For those holding Ethereum short positions, it is also recommended to continue holding, as the indicators show a significant difference, and the drop can be quite severe.
The daily Bollinger Bands continue to touch down near the EMA200 position, and the K-line has already broken below yesterday's low, which aligns with Lihui's expectation of a high short position. If the intraday market continues to maintain a slow pullback without any improvement, then today's EMA200 will definitely not hold, and it could drop to the EMA250 position, which is around the 58000 mark. The upper side still considers the EMA60-EMA30 and yesterday's high point range as resistance.
From the hourly level, the K-line repeatedly tests the 60000 mark. Although it is currently holding steady, the indicators still show a clear bearish trend, and attention should be paid to the middle track and EMA30 range above.
The 4-hour channel is also downward, and the K-line is still some distance from the lower track, indicating that the space has not yet been fully utilized. The EMA30 is crossing below the EMA80, and all moving averages show bearish signs. It seems that this wave of liquidation before the non-farm payrolls is quite severe, and today's strategy still primarily considers high short positions.
It is suggested to short lightly in the 61300-61700 range on a pullback, reserving positions to add in the 62500-62800 range, with a stop loss at 63000; take profit targets are 60800-59800-59000; a direct breakthrough of 58800 can reach around 58300.
For long positions, it is suggested to enter in the 58000-58400 range, targeting 1000-2000 points, with specific operations needing to pay attention to real-time market changes.
