The A-shares have suddenly risen so well, is it worth bottom-fishing now?

The A-shares have become as popular as a fad, with excitement spreading across the internet, and headlines like "A-shares soar! Someone made 520,000 yuan in just one morning" creating anxiety.

So should we sell USDT to bottom-fish at this stage?

To get straight to the point, I personally believe it is not suitable to bottom-fish at this stage; we need to focus more on the essence and the development of the situation.

First, it is important to understand that the fundamental reason for this rise in A-shares can be attributed to the direct action of the central bank.

This point was also mentioned by @realliaohaibo in the morning, where the policy allows brokerages, funds, and insurance companies to exchange pledged assets for liquidity support, and this funding is primarily used for the stock market; this is essentially similar to the central bank directly participating in the stock market, with the aim of quickly boosting the stock index.

Historically, such operations have been effective in the short term, stimulating market sentiment and stock prices, but in the long run, this kind of intervention may not only fail to solve the fundamental problems of the economy but may also trigger risks, especially when policies are withdrawn.

Once the market begins to sell off, panic could lead to a market crash, and the withdrawal or adjustment of policies could also become a significant source of risk for the market.

Furthermore, we cannot overlook the uncertainty of policies and the domestic political orientation. Currently, I believe this is more of a test, and after so many years of being stuck, many are eager to try again. Although the rise is joyful, everyone has not yet recouped their losses; at every stage on the road to recouping losses, there are still many stuck positions.

Therefore, my personal suggestion is—

From a macro perspective, for short-term traders, the rise supported by policies may provide opportunities, but it is essential to closely monitor changes in policies and shifts in market sentiment. For medium to long-term investors, it may be necessary to choose individual stocks more cautiously, focusing on the fundamentals of the companies and their long-term development prospects, rather than simply chasing market hotspots driven by policies.
