Noticing a change in the market: major upgrades and news are driving prices up again.

• $TIA pumped almost 30% on $100M raise

• $CELO soared ~15% on overtaking Tron in stablecoin txs (+Vitalik post).

That wasn't the case just weeks ago.

After major announcements, I typically check token price performance, but for a while, these updates had no impact on prices.

Seems we're truly back this time. Investors are looking value tokens to buy. (And market makers are becoming more active).
