/ Recently, I was fortunate enough to receive 4,000 EIGEN tokens airdropped by the EigenLayer Foundation. The eligibility criteria required being a content creator who contributes to the community. If more projects join in incentivizing content creators, a new round of TwitterFi might be on the horizon. So, how can one become a high-quality content creator in the eyes of the projects? Here are some experiences to share:

/ Choose the right direction for output. First-level project research, second-level trading opportunity analysis, macro market analysis, on-chain data interpretation, etc., each has different thresholds and commercial conversion paths. It's crucial not to try to get involved in every direction, as it may end up being unfocused. With a background in security technology and VC industry experience, I naturally chose the project research direction. Research is not difficult, but the value lies in long-term output and accumulation.
/ Identify the precise user group to serve. The crypto market is diverse, with wealth-seeking enthusiasts, long-term industry gain pursuers, and novices who follow market trends. It's important to clarify which group to serve. Recommending wealth-seeking enthusiasts is risky, as blindly chasing trends can be exploited. I chose to serve the Builder group, despite their limited interaction, as long-term knowledge contribution will be remembered.
/ Find your unique content style and tone. Some people can vividly tell gossip stories, others can analyze investment targets thoroughly, and some can discover investment opportunities through on-chain data. I chose a unique perspective of "technology + business" with the aim of explaining obscure technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner. Achieving this is not easy, but the process of outputting obscure technology is personally rewarding in terms of learning and industry contribution.
/ Don't blindly pursue traffic. Intellectual Property (IP) > influence > traffic. In the current crypto stage, there is a serious misalignment of values, where high-quality content, influence, and traffic are not directly correlated. Consistently high-quality content can subtly become your IP. It's crucial not to blindly pursue traffic at the expense of content tone. I often miss out on many gossip and argumentative topics, but when new cutting-edge technologies and trends emerge in the industry, I believe that the "hardcore man" will definitely appear.
/ Maintain a pure pursuit of technology and focus. It's important not to switch from researching ZK, zkVM, AI Coprocessor, FHE when the market sentiment is positive, to echoing the sentiment that technology is a "scam" when the market sentiment is bleak. Technology is always pure. Understanding technology development and industry trends may not necessarily translate into wealth, but long-term understanding of "technology" can enhance your ability across cycles and increase the probability of sudden wealth growth. Don't ask me how I know this.
/ Sharp perspective and critical insight are important. KOL is not a rigid label, but rather a responsibility to the industry and fan base. When emotions are consistently low, maintaining optimism about the industry and speaking out against certain dangerous factors when emotions are high is crucial. Of course, the timing of entry should align with your own value judgment, as there is a risk of falling into the trap of "harming others' financial paths" or "aiding and abetting."
/ Technical aesthetics are important, but don't be biased. The crypto market is not purely driven by technology. Innovation paradigms, meme culture, and FOMO hype can all lead to a major reshuffle of wealth and cognition. Having a certain level of technical sense will help filter out low-quality projects and topics, protecting limited attention. Having "aesthetic" pursuits is important, but it's also necessary to appropriately cater to market choices.
/ Monetizing influence and contributing value are not conflicting. There are many paths to monetize high-quality content, such as paid subscriptions, project ambassadorships, institutional advisory roles, paid advertising, grant funding, etc. If you can adhere to the high quality of each piece of content and maintain objectivity and rationality in your output, "value contribution" serves as a good facade. If you are constantly criticized for your content, you must reflect on whether the "content" itself has overlooked its value.

/ Balancing trading and high-quality content creation is difficult. Creating content is a monk's arduous task, requiring composure to avoid being swayed by secondary market emotions, and the reward is the self-driven spirit after output. On the other hand, trading involves frequent trial and error and cultivating emotional resilience, making it difficult to avoid emotional fluctuations, and the reward is the dopamine rush of wealth appreciation. It's challenging to maintain a high-quality creator image while excelling in trading. Trading skills are an added value for content creators.
/ Insight into major narratives and trends. The modularization, chain abstraction, AI+Web3, parallel EVM, zkVM, AVS, Preconf, and other narrative topics that have emerged in the market are industry trends collectively driven by VCs, developers, users, and the market. The logical framework and trend evolution behind the narrative require constant forward-thinking and value guidance, whether through guidance or criticism, both directly contribute to trend evolution.
